What happens if customer due diligence is not completed?
If customer due diligence (CDD) is not fulfilled, you will not be able to use DSRV’s services. Furthermore, if you fail to complete the re-verification process even after being requested by DSRV following your initial CDD, the withdrawal of virtual assets will be suspended once the re-verification cycle has expired.
Customers who have completed the re-verification process, even if the due date for re-verification has arrived, will still be able to use the withdrawal service for their entrusted assets.
