Precautions When Depositing and Withdrawing Digital Assets
Before making any deposit, users are required to notify us in advance and confirm both the types of virtual assets accepted by our custody service and the corresponding wallet address issued by us. Please perform a small test deposit first to ensure proper delivery before proceeding with the full transaction.
For each virtual asset, you must verify the correct blockchain network (e.g., ERC20, mainnet, etc.) before making a deposit. Please be especially careful not to use exchange-specific chains (such as Binance Smart Chain), as these may not be supported.
Even if blockchain addresses share a similar format, they may belong to different networks. Using the wrong network can result in irreversible deposit errors.
If you are unsure about the network or the address, we strongly recommend conducting a small test deposit beforehand to prevent any misdelivery.
