Precautions for Virtual Asset Deposits and Withdrawals
Before making a deposit, users must notify the company in advance and accurately confirm both the types of virtual assets that can be held in custody by the company and the wallet address for the specific asset issued by the company. Please verify the wallet address by conducting a small test deposit before proceeding with the full deposit.
For each virtual asset, you must confirm the supported blockchain network (e.g., ERC20, mainnet, etc.) before making a deposit. Please be careful not to deposit using exchange-specific chains such as Binance Smart Chain.
Even if the blockchain address format of a virtual asset is the same, it may not use the same blockchain network. If the blockchain network is different, misdirected deposits may occur.
If you are concerned about the possibility of a misdirected deposit, please conduct a small test deposit first to prevent any incorrect transfers in advance.
