Precautions for Incorrect Virtual Asset Deposits
Before making a deposit, users must notify DSRV and verify both the type of virtual asset that DSRV can accept and the corresponding wallet address issued by DSRV. Please confirm the wallet address by first performing a small test deposit before sending the full amount.
Each virtual asset supports specific blockchain networks (e.g., ERC20, Mainnet). You must ensure that you deposit only via the supported networks. Do not use proprietary exchange-specific networks (e.g., Binance Smart Chain), as these are not supported and may result in lost funds.
Even if blockchain addresses appear to have the same format, they may operate on different blockchain networks, and using the wrong network may result in an incorrect deposit.
If there is any concern about a potential deposit error, we strongly recommend that you perform a small test deposit first to prevent misdelivery of funds.
Supported Networks | Unsupported Networks |
---|---|
Ethereum | DAI |
Bitcoin | EOS |
Polygon Proof of Stake | Tron |
etc. |
Supported Custody Assets: ETH / BTC / stETH / POL / USDT / USDC
Response Measures by Type of Incorrect Deposit
Recoverable: Deposits involving ERC20-based tokens or assets on the Bitcoin network
Non-Recoverable: Cases where the deposit address contains typographical errors (e.g., incorrect characters)
Even if the incorrect deposit falls under a “recoverable” category, recovery is a high-risk and technically complex process that may involve significant security concerns. Despite our best efforts, recovery may fail.
